Kelapa House offers four spacious bedrooms, all of which enjoy remarkable views. Two ensuite bedrooms are located in the main building, each with a king-size bed, work desk and an ensuite bathroom.
Two other bedrooms are located on the lower levels in an adjacent building, and have access to a shared pantry, dining and lounge area on the ground floor. These two ensuite rooms each feature a king-size bed, work desk, daybed and bathroom.

Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability (extra charge may apply).
Chef Fee
Private Chef service included (excluding grocery bill + 25% handling fee + 7% VAT).
The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisines, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance.
We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.
Linen and Towels
Fresh linens are provided. Turn Down Service daily.
Fresh towels and toiletries are provided; Hairdryers, Drying/Towel racks are available.
Extra Bedding and Child Policy
Baby cot and high chair is available upon request (extra charge).
Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.

Pool fences are available on request at extra charge.
Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional daybeds can be arranged for this property.
Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
