FOR FAMILIES

Baby cot, high chair and pool fences are available upon request (extra charge); additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.

CAPACITY

The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults.

Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with their parents.

LIVING AREAS

The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area. There’s also an outdoor dining near the pool.

POOL

Saltwater Infinity Pool measures 17m x 1.35m x 5.5m; has a shallow end for kids; The pool is set to a normal temperature; There are four sunbeds; Pool towels are provided.

SPA AND WELLNESS

The villa features a dedicated area for gym facilities, a sauna, and a steam room. Yoga mats and massage beds are provided, and additional yoga lessons can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. In-villa treatments are also available upon request (extra charge).

DINING

The private chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisines, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes; special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available; the list can be provided in advance.

ENTERTAINMENT

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa, along with a dedicated media room equipped with wide screen, LG sound system in the living room, 75-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime streaming in the common area, and Sonos Bluetooth speakers. Along with a selection of board games.
